The Green eTwinning Team project 2020-2021

Our new eTwinning project is based on an Erasmus partnership we created after applying with school partners from France, Germany and Greece:

The Green eTwinning Team

This is our winner logo. Students voted on a collaborative tool. There were a lot of beautiful designs, you can watch some of them below.

In this project the students will become aware of environmental issues and will work in international teams with partners to develop better practices in everyday life in order to mitigate climate change. They will create surveys , podcasts and magazine articles , the focus will be on celebrating important international days while working on the sustainable development goals. Reducing waste, recycling and reusing things, reflecting about water, land, food so that to improve not our own practices but also of those next to us.

We started by getting to know each other, we worked on our Twinspace profiles in English, created our avatars, interacted on our profile walls and took part in a game called My masked self-portrait as you can see below:

Hecho con Padlet

Then we collaborated in forums creating questions to create an online quiz for all of us to play. But first they had to read FAO's booklet Climate is changing to get some inspiration Students partners managed to create 46 questions!

And this is our quiz https://quizizz.com/admin/presentation/5fda1cfd760ad3001c6ff792/start

On a Saturday all students who were at home took part in a Twinspace safe chat, it was great fun!

On another occasion we met on a MEET videoconference to discuss about the project activity and greet Christmas.
